Here at Augusta Water, we offer a variety of ways to pay your water/sewer bill. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service.
1. Pay Online
You may pay your bill online through our Customer Portal. Either create an account through our online Customer Portal or make an easy One Time Payment without registering using your account number from your paper bill.
2. In Person
You may pay bills at our Customer Service Counter located in the Augusta County Government Center in Verona, VA. At the service counter, we accept cash, check, money order, or credit card (Discover, MasterCard, and Visa).
If you arrive after our regular business hours, payments may be placed in the overnight drop box. The drop box is located at the Augusta County Government Center in Verona, VA adjacent to the drive-thru window. Payments left overnight in the drop box will be processed the next business day.
3. By Mail
Customers may mail in either checks or money orders to pay their bills.
4. By Telephone
For regular utility bill payments, our automated telephone payment system is available 24/7 at (540)-245-5681 to pay with your Discover, MasterCard, or Visa credit card. For past due utility bills, during our regular business hours you may call one of our Customer Service Representatives at (540)-245-5681 during our regular business hours to pay with your Discover, MasterCard, or Visa credit card.
5. Via Pre-Authorized Bank Drafting
You may fill out a Pre-Authorized Bank Drafting Form to create an automatic electronic deduction from your checking account on the due date of your water/sewer bill. We are proud to offer this service free of charge.
